Our CEO, Ruth Percival, recently joined industry leaders to discuss the realities of growing a business.

The discussion explored how to scale sustainably while embracing technological change and protecting culture, talent, innovation, and performance.

Percival highlighted that at Contollo, scaling a business is closely linked to delivering long-term sustainable outcomes for our clients.

Percival said: “Our clients are developers and landowners. The sustainability message for us ties in really nicely with growth because if you can get engineers and quantity surveyors to work together and collaborate right at the start of the construction project, then you are going to give your client more options in terms of the carbon output for their building – whether that is embedded carbon or operational carbon.

“For us, scaling is fundamental to the delivery of our sustainability agenda, because by getting more of those people collaborating and working together, we can offer a better solution.”
