This two year refurbishment provided 1,700 workstations across ten floors, collaboration areas, new meeting rooms, event spaces and an auditorium, a client meeting suite, a wellbeing suite and fitness space, a work café and rooftop terrace.

This project has had many challenges along the way in what was a very complex Cat A and Cat B refurbishment in the centre of London. We maintained the sustainability agenda with the introduction of air source heat pumps as part of our degasification strategy, installed a grey water harvesting system and LED lighting throughout, and in support of the circular economy have promoted the strategic re-use of furniture assets from elsewhere in the estate throughout the building.

ESP provided client-side design up to Stage 3 using REVIT, a powerful building information modelling (BIM) software, and then client-side governance to completion.
