A highly sustainable speculative unit spanning 220,000 sq ft.
This marks the delivery of the first speculative unit at the Indurent Access 18 Avonmouth development.
The site has undergone extensive ground improvement works and surcharging, with 82,000 m³ of material placed over a six-month period. Ecology mitigation measures have been carried out for water voles, reptiles, and nesting birds, while culverts will be installed to provide multiple access points across the reen network.
The scheme is targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ ratings.
