This project involved the construction of a new multi-level distribution centre for storing ambient and non-perishable goods for the ecommerce market. The site consisted of a primary distribution warehouse complete with multi-storey car park, along with yards and circulation areas.

The project was executed on a single turnkey solution by the developer. We performed the planning elements along with the shell and fit out mechanical and electrical design – this was fully integrated with the automation solutions for the ecommerce function.

The building incorporated a mixture of conveyor, sortation and robotic systems. We contributed to the coordination of the building services installations with the automation equipment.
