The project comprises two units totaling 186,000 sq ft, delivered as part of a speculative unit scheme for Baytree. Both units target BREEAM Excellent as well as WELL-ready certification.
Key features include external CLT-framed podium offices, water features serving as surface water attenuation, roof gardens connected to the warehouse via walkways, a mono-pitch roof, and many other sustainable features.
