The scope of works included the demolition of an existing structure, the delivery of a CAT A office fit-out, as well as associated external works such as access roads and drainage.
Sustainability and embodied carbon were essential to the development, resulting in the unit achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and an EPC ‘A+’ rating.
