TCC’s first logistics project in Berlin.
This TCC project in Schönefeld, located in the Dahme-Spreewald district, involves the development of a state-of-the-art logistics facility on a previously unused industrial site.
The single-storey, Class A logistics building will cover a total area of 18,600 m² and is designed with a focus on sustainability.
The works will include the construction of 18 loading ramps for trucks, two ground-level access roads, and 210 barrier-free parking spaces for cars.
