Bingham Arena is an energy efficiency leisure centre featuring a range of facilities such as a fitness suite, two group exercise studios, a dedicated indoor cycling studio, a 25-meter swimming pool, a separate 16-meter teaching pool, a sports hall, an on-site café, ancillary areas, and external car parking and pedestrian areas.
ESP provided mechanical and electrical services design and consulting duties from RIBA Stage 1 to 7. This included delivering detailed design and specification documents supporting the tender process, and overseeing of the contractor’s construction stage design, installation, commissioning and handover.
