Located at the site on Selinas Lane, Dagenham, the development includes Class E(g)(iii)/B2/B8 employment units with ancillary office facilities together with associated access, operational parking and loading facilities, car and cycle parking, landscaping enhancements, servicing, external lighting and associated works.
