KAM was appointed to deliver this significant logistics facility on behalf of Europe’s largest industrial developer, Panattoni. The high-profile project required close collaboration with the tenant, their design team, and contractors to coordinate both the detailed design and the on-site delivery.

The team project and cost managed the pre-contract phase of the scheme, which included the development of the project specific design, securing local planning consent and the agreement of a GMP and then a fixed price through open book tendering. KAM successfully managed the delivery of an enabling works package involving significant earthworks and extensive strategic landscaping.

The building construction phase commenced in September 2020, with a programme of just 56 weeks to deliver a multi-level warehouse, office accommodation, ancillary space and extensive yards and car parking.
