The scope included the demolition of an existing structure, the delivery of Cat A office fit-outs, and a range of associated external works including new access roads and drainage infrastructure.
Sustainability was a key focus of the development, with each unit achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and an EPC ‘A+’ rating.
