A modern, flexible, and inclusive community space
The Campbell Park Community Hub was designed to transform the way local people connect and engage. Purpose-built, modern and welcoming, it’s a vibrant facility designed for everyone.
The Hub combines flexible indoor spaces with a large outdoor area, featuring a café and community larder. The council chamber doubles as a community room, offering a quiet, versatile space for meetings, events and workshops.
We were appointed to provided M&E design services, working closely with the architect and other specialists to ensure the building met the council’s needs. We delivered a variety of innovative M&E design solutions, ensuring it met strict flexibility, energy, acoustic, IT and media requirements without compromising comfort or usability.
Sustainability was key, with low energy use combined with solar panels that have already been shown to be powering the building for much of the year.
