Eight state-of-the-art units targeting the technology and development market.
KAM has supported Albion Land on Phase 1, Phase 2a and Phase 2b to deliver eight high-quality, high-spec units targeting the technology and innovation/development market at their Catalyst Bicester Technology Park.
Phase 1 delivered four buildings ranging between 21,000 and 38,000 sq ft, while Phase 2 was split into two phases, each delivering two units ranging between 24,000 sq ft to 39,000 sq ft. The units provide technology accommodation in a sustainable business community designed for advanced manufacturing, high performance engineering and technology industries.
Built with high sustainability credentials, the units have EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings, and include full height glazing which provides maximum levels of natural daylight.
KAM delivered both pre- and post-contract services across the first two phases of the development. Phase 3 will add a further five units, providing an additional 100,000 sq ft of space on completion.
