Loungers are an independent operator of over 200 restaurants and bars across the UK. They offer a unique informal dining experience, which has a familiarity and welcoming atmosphere that is recognisable to each brand.
ESP provided mechanical and electrical services, consulting and design duties across multiple Loungers projects. This involved the preparation of model M&E designs and specifications for new restaurants, including Café Bar, Cosy Clubs and Brightside Roadside Diners.
ESP also provided technical advice to the client for the future of introducing sustainable technologies into the estate.
The project encompassed a fit-out and refurbishment to an existing restaurant unit located in the main Milton Keynes shopping centre complex. The scheme forms part of the diverse range of restaurants on the site and had to conform with the strict fit-out parameters for restaurants within the shopping centre.
ESP worked with Loungers to prepare a model design and specification to be referenced for all future locations. This was also used to conduct a tender process against for the mechanical and electrical elements of a project.
