Customer Fulfilment Centre

We were appointed as Ocado’s consultant for their new customer fulfilment centre at the Walworth Business Park in Andover. The five-storey facility, which covers 380,000 sq ft, commenced operations at the end of 2021 and features the latest Ocado IT systems and technology.

Due to our extensive knowledge of the Ocado operation, we were tasked with performing enhanced design and monitoring for the mechanical and electrical, sprinkler, refrigeration and insulated structure installations. Our compliance team were also responsible for monitoring and checking the quality of works on site, along with commissioning and testing for services to ensure that the building’s functionality met the required design parameters.
