Four distribution centre units in Northampton.
We were appointed by GLP to design the building services associated with the developer’s base build for a new distribution centre in Northampton.
The project consists of four units ranging in size from 50,350 sq ft through to 155,227 sq ft, and is located within Moulton Park – considered to be part of the ‘Golden Triangle’ with the largest concentration of space for the industrial and logistics market in Europe.
