KAM supported ECP through the negotiations with the developer in reviewing their base build specification and incorporating specific items of work for ECP’s later fit-out.
ECP’s interface with the developer was managed by KAM from inception to base build completion. KAM managed the development of the fit-out design, then led the tender process for the fit-out and selection of a main contractor. Following on from this, the delivery on site and managing the interface between the main contractor and automation firm.
