A high-profile town centre regeneration.
Elms Field formed the second phase of Wokingham’s high-profile town centre regeneration scheme.
The wider project was delivered across 11 work sessions, reflecting the complexity of town centre construction and the challenges of working within a live environment. One of the first packages comprised 16 commercial units for retail and restaurant use, with residential apartments above.
In total, the scheme delivered 37 residential units, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom duplex penthouses. With strong market demand, a high specification and exceptional build quality were essential to maximise returns on WBC’s investment.
KAM also managed the commercials associated with the change requests from various tenants.
