The works involve the design and construction of a residential development consisting of 107 apartments including resident amenities, retail/leisure units and associated external works.
Abacus has been involved in the Ferrous project since RIBA Stage 1, producing the initial order of cost estimate to support budget setting and assessing the scheme’s viability. Throughout the design development phase, Abacus maintained and updated the cost plans to ensure the evolving design aligned with the approved budget, with a continued focus on meeting Capital & Centric’s objectives.
The development prioritises high-quality landscaping and the creation of public realm spaces that enhance residents’ health and wellbeing.
