To expand its site at Cologne-Bonn Airport, UPS intends to construct a North II transshipment hall (basement: technical facilities, sprinkler control centre; ground floor, first floor and second floor: sorting hall), three seven-storey office buildings and a connecting bridge for conveyor systems to the existing North I hall. The facility will operate 24 hours a day.
The project management services include coordinating the entire planning phase for all specialist planners and project participants until the building is completed and commissioned.
