Delivery of a 550,000 sq ft heavy manufacturing plant with integrated specialist installations.
The project comprises 550,000 sq ft of manufacturing space with ancillary buildings, fully fitted out with mechanical, electrical, fire safety systems and specialist equipment, including compressed air systems and special gases.
At the core of this project was the work with the Gestamp team on their operation. KAM led this extensive coordination process from the outset and the interface between the building and the future operation, both above and below ground.
The building includes 130m of 6m deep waste recovery trenches, along with numerous machine bases and heavy overhead cranes.
KAM’s role in this heavy engineering manufacturing plant also encompassed the delivery of all infrastructure works and site remediation measures.
