Next-gen MRO facility for Gulfstream, a major service provider.
The project comprises 225,000 sq ft of repair, maintenance and overhaul hanger with support space and offices. The building is fully fitted out including mechanical, electrical, AFFF sprinklers and specialist equipment.
The design was progressed to a detailed stage during pre-contract stage, and KAM led the way in cost planning and controlling cost as the design developed to tender stage.
The enabling works by airport owner TAG Group required close liaison and coordination.
