The construction of a 130-bed hotel as part of a regeneration project for the area.
This project involved the construction of a 130-bed, £10 million Hampton by Hilton located on the South promenade in Blackpool. The hotel is part of the £100 million being invested into a larger regeneration project for the area and is situated near the iconic Blackpool Pleasure Beach. The hotel offers both a work and living zone as well as a restaurant.
Abacus worked closely with Create from the project’s inception, managing the design team through the various stages, and ensuring the client’s requirements remained at the forefront of the design. Abacus maintained and updated the cost plans to ensure the evolving design aligned with the approved budget, with a continued focus on meeting Create Developments’ objectives.
