The construction of two state-of-the-art logistics facilities.
This TCC project in Kerpen, located in the Rhein-Erft district of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, involves the development of a state-of-the-art logistics facility on a 30,000 m² industrial brownfield site.
The two logistics halls have a ceiling height of 12m and a floor load capacity of six tons. Upon completion, both sites are expected to receive BREEAM certification with a rating of ‘Excellent’.
