Fast-paced delivery of multiple residential developments near central Birmingham.
The scheme comprises the design and construction of a residential development featuring 266 apartments across one building with varying heights of 23-, seven- and six-storeys, including resident amenities, associated external works, and a basement car park.
Abacus has been involved in this project since the start of RIBA Stage 3, providing cost advice to the client and assisting with the agreement of the terms of the contract.
Located close to Birmingham city centre, the site sits at the edge of one of Birmingham’s canals which posed problems during enabling works due to a damaged canal wall, requiring extensive works to restore. Since then, the project has progressed rapidly and remains on track for completion in November 2025.
