Logistics Park, Corby

MBA were appointed to manage utility coordination for the greenfield site and oversaw the delivery of all incoming services. Our role extended to providing a base build scope of services for the design of building services through to RIBA stage 3+.

Following the base build, we have been involved in the fit-out design for the units with varying logistics solutions.

Strategically located on the A14, Midlands Logistics Park provides 2.5 million sq ft of storage and distribution space in the East Midlands.
