Purpose-built headquarters designed to enhance the working environment and improve operational efficiency.
The Merseyside Police headquarters comprises a four-storey main building and a single-storey annexe designed to accommodate approximately 850 officers, PCSOs, and staff within open-plan offices. The facility also features meeting rooms, a lecture theatre and breakout areas.
To minimise disruption to the community, a dedicated 578-space multi-storey car park was constructed, preventing any strain on nearby residential or commercial parking.
We managed the design process from concept through to tender, and undertook TA oversight during construction through to project completion.
