In Temnitzpark, northern Brandenburg, a state-of-the-art logistics facility is under development, comprising approximately 36,700 m² of warehouse and production space, 3,500 m² of mezzanine space, and 1,260 m² dedicated to office and social areas.
Strategically situated within a natural setting, the project – developed by TCC in partnership with Invesco EMEA – integrates sustainability and biodiversity at its core. The site has been thoughtfully designed to serve as a habitat for a wide range of native animal and plant species, aligning ecological preservation with modern industrial use.
The building is being constructed to meet top-tier sustainability standards, demonstrating a strong commitment to environmental responsibility alongside economic and operational efficiency.
