A new industrial development across 2,200,000 sq ft.
The project’s first phase comprised site remediation and infrastructure works, both on site and upgrades to the surrounding road network. Subsequent phases will focus on plot development, primarily for B8 use with some B1/B2 elements. The units range from 20,000 sq ft up to 1.068m sq ft.
KAM provided project and cost management services throughout both the pre- and post-contract stages, overseeing the design and delivery of the main infrastructure and remediation works. This included securing local planning consent and the appointment of the main contractor following competitive tendering of the works.
Construction commenced in January 2023 and is being delivered in phases to align with subsequent design and build contracts for the vertical developments, where KAM also provided project and construction management services. These vertical build phases include significant tenant and purchaser modifications, along with bespoke fit-outs tailored to individual requirements.
