Construction of 14 sustainable units ranging from 8,000 sq ft to 460,000 sq ft.
Designed to high sustainability and performance standards, the scheme has achieved BREEAM Excellent and incorporates features such as 15% rooflights, 20% EV charging provision, a 2MVA site-wide power supply, FM1–2 flooring depending on unit size, clear internal heights of 8–12.5m, PV panels delivering 10% of regulated energy, and a minimum floor loading of 50kN/m².
The site is located fronting the A2300 and provides quick access to the A23/M23, Gatwick Airport, Brighton and the South Coast.
The units were built to a base specification and KAM worked closely with Panattoni, a long-standing client, to ensure their brief was fully incorporated.
