The pre-let Premier Inn hotel was one section of a £42 million regeneration scheme in Wokingham town centre. The hotel consists of 95 bedrooms, with a restaurant, bar and kitchen. The project included the fit-out works for the hotel as well as the base build construction. A high level of quality was achieved by the team through successful management, experience and a discerning eye for detail.
