A 330,000 sq ft ‘box-in-a-box’ frozen chamber installation.
KAM were appointed to lead the commercial management of a frozen chamber installation including office, ancillary works and clients directs, within a bespoke base build warehouse.
KAM provided feasibility advice to enable the scheme to gain investment board approval, followed by post-contract duties including project cost control and reporting within the Sainsbury’s logistics team.
KAM also supported Sainsbury’s on the creation of a complex and fast-track programme with a focus on the delivery of the NDC in advance of the expectations of their business.
