Sustainable best-in-class multi-unit development in the south.
Formerly the site of a steelworks facility, this brownfield site has been transformed through demolition, ground remediation and construction into a high-specification industrial development.
SONAR Portsmouth was delivered for our client, Wrenbridge, in collaboration with the appointed main contractor, Magrock, and an experienced consultant team. The development comprises seven industrial units ranging from 5,500 sq ft to 35,200 sq ft.
Completed in October 2024, the development proudly achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A/A+ ratings, with sustainability embedded throughout. Key features include EV charging points, solar PV panels and green-roofed cycle shelters.
KAM provided cost management and employer’s agent services, supporting all stages of the project from feasibility through to completion and handover. This ensured the successful delivery of this future-focused industrial hub.
