This multi-unit logistics development comprises 12 bespoke units totalling circa 190,000 sq ft. Each unit was carefully designed to suit specific occupier requirements while aligning with institutional investment standards.
The scheme placed a strong emphasis on sustainability, targeting net zero carbon construction, and achieved EPC A/A+ and BREEAM Excellent ratings.
KAM’s role as cost manager, project manager and employer’s agent included monitoring of the works to ensure compliance with the building contract and the employer’s requirements.
