Purpose-built student accommodation over four blocks.
The works comprise the design and construction of student accommodation, including 321 beds in a mixture of studios and clusters.
The development is over four separate blocks and there are two new builds containing 134 beds each over four floors and two refurbished existing buildings. One of these builds contains 40 beds and the other contains 13 beds and associated amenity spaces.
