A former RAF base requiring extensive ground remediation to build three units spanning 124,000 sq ft.
KAM were responsible for the delivery of the third phase, comprising two single and one terraced unit on a former RAF base. The 124,000 sq ft site required extensive ground remediation and stabilisation works.
KAM have led the team on developing plans for the remainder of the site, including supporting in the preparation of build-to-suit proposals for prospective tenants.
Our ongoing relationship with Indurent is planned to continue into the fourth phase of the Swinderby development.
