A challenging mixed-use development within a constrained town centre.
This development was surrounded by adjoining properties, which required works to be undertaken in conjunction with multiple party wall agreements.
The project involved the demolition of existing retail premises to allow basement excavation and and the construction of the new development above. Due to the site’s central location, construction logistics were particularly complex as continuous access was required for third parties throughout the works.
