Higgins Partnership appointed us to carry out the detailed design of the mechanical and electrical services for Telfer House, a new six-storey residential development in central London.
The development replaces a derelict 1960s low-rise residential building, and will consist of 38 new apartments all designed to current standards with an exceptional level of energy efficiency.
