Delivery of a high-quality, fit-for-purpose facility.
KAM provided cost management and employer’s agent services for Wrenbridge and Legal & General on the development of a new Sales and Service Centre for Tesla, which included the demolition of existing structures and full delivery of the new facility.
Our involvement began at the feasibility stage where we worked collaboratively with the client to develop cost plans aligned with the evolving project scope. This required close coordination with the design team, the client and key end-user stakeholders to ensure all requirements were understood and integrated from the outset.
As a turnkey project, we undertook a thorough review of end-user needs and critical milestone dates, embedding these into the design, tender and construction phases to ensure a seamless handover of a fully operational facility.
Given the high standards and evolving requirements from the end user, KAM played a key role in managing numerous contract changes. By working closely with all stakeholders – both client-side and contractor – we ensured the project met the latest specifications. The result was a high-quality, fit-for-purpose facility ready for immediate occupation and operation by Tesla.
Wrenbridge’s philosophy is to work hard, never let anyone down, and have fun. KAM buy into this, providing strong, proactive advice that is tailored to the way we operate. KAM have excellent relationships both with Wrenbridge and the wider consultant and contractor teams, guaranteeing that at every stage of the project they make a tangible contribution to its success.
