Wrenbridge appointed us to design the building services associated with the developer’s base build for multiple new distribution units in Dartford, Kent. The development consisted of five high-specification warehouse units ranging from 50,000 sq ft to 85,000 sq ft.

The estate also required a utility strategy and masterplan due to the complex nature of the existing services and constraints around the site.
