A new residential development in Islington.
We were appointed by Higgins Partnership to carry out the detailed design of the mechanical and electrical services for Hathersage and Besant Court, a new residential development. The project, for the London Borough of Islington, will consist of 38 new homes spread across seven new blocks.
These new homes will be constructed in addition to the existing housing blocks on the site, all designed to current standards with an exceptional level of energy efficiency.
