Construction of three energy-efficient, sustainable units with a renewable heating system.
Before construction could commence, demolition of the existing multi-unit buildings was carried out, followed by extensive groundworks and site remediation.
The development delivered three new industrial units incorporating state-of-the-art sustainability features, including rainwater harvesting, photovoltaic panels, and air source heat pumps. These measures contributed to the scheme achieving EPC ‘A’ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ ratings.
