The construction of three warehouse units involving extensive enabling and groundworks.
The NVELOP Scheme at Velten comprises the construction of three warehouse units with a total gross floor area of 24,700 m², situated on a brownfield site to the northwest of Berlin.
Given the site’s proximity to a river and canal, particular attention was paid to the enabling and groundworks to prevent waterlogging.
KAM provided project management and cost management on the scheme. The development was delivered to achieve the DGNB Gold sustainability standard.
