The scheme comprised of a pool, splash pad, multipurpose hall, and health and fitness facilities. It also incorporated a number of environmental sustainability requirements, including being fully electrically powered via air source heat pumps and photovoltaic panels.
Abacus provided cost management, project management, and principal designer services from the early design stages to completion. Working with the Council, key stakeholders, and design team, Abacus helped deliver a facility that reflected the needs and well-being of the local community.
