The Tesco Heart Building is designed to encourage interaction, collaboration and creativity at the heart of Tesco’s head office campus in Welwyn Garden City.
We were appointed by Tesco to undertake the design and management of utilities and sitewide external infrastructure along with the design of the building services for the high-end fit out. The campus provides facilities such as testing kitchens, a gym, offices, a new Tesco Express, event space and atrium.
The new multifunctional space has a central atrium acting as the building’s focal point, giving staff an opportunity to socialise and host presentations.
